Information we collect

Account and contact detailsname, email address, mobile number, and addresses you save.
Orders and bookingsitems purchased, casting preferences and personalisation (for example names to engrave), appointment date, time and location, and delivery details.
Enquiriesinformation you submit through our enquiry, training, workshop and careers forms, including a résumé if you choose to upload one.
Paymentsonline payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference; we never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.
Technical dataIP address, browser and device information, and security logs used to protect accounts and prevent fraud.

How we use your information

to process orders, schedule casting sessions, deliver products and provide customer support;
to respond to enquiries and training registrations;
to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and appointment updates;
to send newsletters only if you subscribed, you can unsubscribe at any time;
to keep the website secure, prevent misuse and meet legal and tax obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your cart. Analytics and marketing cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery, hosting and courier partners, and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law even if you delete your account; personal details in them are limited to what the law requires.

Your rights

You can access and update your details in your account, delete your account from the account settings, withdraw marketing consent, and contact us to correct or erase your data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

Our casting services involve babies and children, but bookings must be made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and staff access follows role-based permissions with audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
