Frequently asked questions
Is the moulding process safe?
Yes! We use skin-safe, hypoallergenic and non-toxic materials that are gentle on the skin and safe for people of all ages, including babies and pets.
How long does the process take?
The moulding process typically takes 15–30 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the cast. The final product can take 1–3 weeks to complete, as it involves careful finishing and drying.
What body parts can you cast?
We can cast hands, feet, faces, torsos and even full bodies. We also specialise in family hand moulds, baby hand and foot casts, pet paw prints and more.
Do I need to come to your studio?
Not necessarily! While we offer a welcoming and comfortable studio experience, we also provide at-home kits with clear instructions for those who prefer to create their moulds at home. Home visits can also be requested when booking.
Can I personalise my cast?
Absolutely! We offer customisation options such as adding names, dates or special messages. You can also choose from a variety of finishes, like metallic, matte or painted effects, to match your style.
What happens if my cast doesn’t turn out right?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue with your cast, we’ll work with you to redo the process or find a suitable solution.
How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy! Choose a casting design on our website, pick a date and time, and reserve it with a small advance. You can also call us directly or send us an email. Appointments are required so that we can give you personalised attention.
